AT&T Inc (NYSE:T) has announced the opening of new model homes at The Loughton, a gated luxury condominium community in Summerlin, Las Vegas.
The public is invited to tour two professionally decorated model homes at 11333 W Charleston Blvd. in Las Vegas. The homes are two-level and range up to 1,370 square feet, with one to two bedrooms, one to 2.5 bathrooms, and attached or detached one- to two-car garages.
The announcement said the detached condo home designs do not share walls with neighbouring homes. Pricing starts from the mid-$400,000s.
Janet Love, Division President of Toll Brothers in Las Vegas, said the model homes showcase the design and finishes associated with the brand and give home shoppers the opportunity to experience the community.
Amenities at The Loughton include a private community pool, barbecue area, putting green, fire pit and open spaces for gathering and relaxation. The community also has access to trails, parks, golf and sports courts, and is within walking distance of shopping and dining at downtown Summerlin.
Homebuyers can use the Toll Brothers Design Studio to choose from a range of selections to personalise their home with support from Toll Brothers design consultants. Appointments can be arranged by calling 855-700-8655.
