AT&T Inc (NYSE:T) has announced that 3131 Camino in Santa Clara, California, will hold a model home grand opening on Saturday 20 June from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Home shoppers are invited to tour the new model home at 3089 El Camino Real in Santa Clara. The community includes 60 townhome and villa-style condos with up to four-storey home designs.
The homes offer open floor plans with two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, private one- to two-car garages, and rooftop terraces on select homes. Pricing begins at $1.35 million.
Alli Sweeney, Division President of Toll Brothers in Northern California, said 3131 Camino represents modern luxury living in Santa Clara and invited home shoppers to tour the model home and review the design and personalisation options available.
The community is close to Silicon Valley employers and offers access to Lawrence Caltrain and major thoroughfares, connecting residents to the wider San Francisco Bay Area. It is also near Cupertino, Santana Row, downtown San Jose, Stanford Shopping Center and Mountain View.
Toll Brothers said customers will be able to use its Design Studio to choose from a range of selections with support from professional Design Consultants.
