AT&T Inc (NYSE:T) has announced the release of a new phase of estate-sized home sites at Toll Brothers at Woodburn, a private enclave of luxury homes in Leesburg, Virginia.
The community is set among rolling hills and is surrounded by parks and nature trails. Pricing for the modern home designs starts from $1.78 million.
A new model home is now open for tours at 18514 Lake Hill Drive in Leesburg.
Nimita Shah, Division President of Toll Brothers in D.C. Metro, said the community combines peaceful countryside living with small-town charm while remaining close to commuter routes and historic downtown Leesburg.
She said the new phase of home sites gives home shoppers an opportunity to build a home in one of the most desirable locations in Loudoun County.
The community includes estate-sized home sites and home designs with front porches, open kitchen and great room combinations, flex rooms, spacious primary bedroom suites, prep kitchens, luxury outdoor living spaces, and options for three-car garages and multigenerational living.
Home shoppers also have access to Loudoun County Public Schools and transport links including Route 7, U.S. Route 15, the Dulles Toll Road and Dulles International Airport.
Toll Brothers said customers will also be able to use its Design Studio to personalise their homes with the help of professional design consultants.
The development is located minutes from historic downtown Leesburg, with access to shopping, dining, local wineries and other cultural and recreational activities.
