AT&T Inc (NYSE:T) has announced Mountain View Estates, a new luxury home community in Thousand Oaks, California, is expected to open for sale in early 2027.
The community will comprise just 10 home sites and is designed for buyers looking for a luxury home in Southern California. Homes are expected to offer more than 3,600 square feet of living space, with open-plan living areas, five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and two- to three-car garages.
Detached casita options will also be available, giving buyers flexibility for multigenerational living, guest accommodation or a private workspace.
Toll Brothers said customers will also have access to its Design Studio, where they can select finishes and features with support from its design consultants.
Mountain View Estates will be located within the Conejo Valley Unified School District and is about 25 miles from Ventura and Malibu. Toll Brothers said the setting offers access to schools, shopping, dining and major commuter routes, as well as scenic trails and gardens.
