NXP Semiconductors NV (NASDAQ:NXPI) has announced that its board has approved an interim dividend of $1.014 per ordinary share for the second quarter of 2026.
The dividend will be paid in cash on 9 July 2026 to shareholders of record as of 24 June 2026.
Cash dividends will be subject to Dutch dividend withholding tax at a rate of 15%, which may be reduced in certain circumstances.
Non-Dutch resident shareholders may be entitled to a full or partial refund of Dutch dividend withholding tax depending on their circumstances. Shareholders uncertain about the tax treatment of any dividend should consult their tax adviser.
