Toll Brothers, Inc. (NYSE:TOL) has announced that its newest community, 280 North at Doylestown, is coming soon to Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
The development will comprise 18 luxury townhomes and is designed with four-storey layouts. It is located at 1 Dutch Lane and is anticipated to open for sale in fall 2026.
The community is walkable to downtown Doylestown and close to the borough’s shopping, dining and cultural attractions. It is also adjacent to Broad Commons Park and a public dog park.
Homes are expected to start from the upper $900,000s. Features will include elevators, flex spaces, open-plan kitchens, rooftop terraces and two-car garages.
The site is also near major commuter routes including U.S. Route 202, Pennsylvania Route 611 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. It is part of the Central Bucks School District.
Toll Brothers said buyers will also be able to use its Design Studio to personalise their homes with support from Design Consultants. John Dean, Division President of Toll Brothers in Pennsylvania, said the development offers a rare opportunity to own a luxury townhome in one of Bucks County’s best-known small towns.
