AT&T Inc (NYSE:T) has announced the opening of Vinova, a new luxury home community in Rancho Cucamonga, California, with pre-model pricing now available.
The community includes the Highlands and Overlook collections and offers single-family home designs on oversized home sites. Floor plans range from approximately 3,463 to more than 5,000 square feet.
Homes feature 4 to 5 bedrooms, 3.5 to 5.5 baths and 2- to 3-car garages. Pricing starts from $1.75 million.
Vinova includes single-story and two-story home designs, with personalisation available through the Toll Brothers Design Studio.
Resort-style amenities at the community include pickleball courts, walking trails, a two-acre community park, playgrounds, picnic areas and open spaces. The development is also located near Victoria Gardens, with access to Etiwanda Avenue and Wilson Avenue.
